Job Description

The Resource Management Rep is responsible for the demand fulfillment of the Delivery Units assigned. The scheduler will be the single point of contact for the business for all staffing related requirements. He or she is responsible for providing timely information to facilitate future resourcing decisions on a real time basisKey responsibilities Validate the demands updated in the demand tracker & Provide sourcing strategy within defined SLAs Identify and update the channels of fulfillment along with the Scheduling lead and Resource Supply Demand team Staffing Tracker Maintain the staffing sheet and Update accurate project information of the resources Knowledge of the entities business strategy and objectives Headcount planning tools and principles, specifically those used within Accenture Project management tools and methodologies HR and Recruiting processes, policies and system knowledge Management information reporting principles Understanding of productivity metrics Team management tools and techniques including performance management Serve as a main single Staffing point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals in the Business Make or propose improvements to work products services or processes. Coordinate or implement a key initiative process or change Maximize individual or team productivity to build or maintain a high quality teamSkills & Qualifications Required 3 5 years of relevant work experience Project management tools and methodologies Team management tools and techniques including performance management and training Strong Analytical skills. Good hold on MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) Influencing or negotiation skills Project Management or Delivery Relationship Building Management Comfort with ambiguityEducation MBA
