Females PreferredRole Profile   Work with client management to define digital video, advertising and content management strategic directions Define team structure, prioritize digital content management development plan and direction Create digital delivery interactive offerings, develop digital content management leading practices and reusable assets Support technical perspective during qualification of digital delivery project sale Plan, estimate, design solutions, lead build, test and deployment cycles for digital delivery implementation maintenance projects Good skills in identifying product requirements and creating implementation designs Good domain understanding of OTT and IPTV architecturesBackground and experience 8 12 years of working experience in Content Management Solutions & Services and or from a system integration functional role in leading CMT organizations Proven track record of leading projects, including reporting to C suite and steering committees Excellent skills in Microsoft office comfortable with creating analysis and presenting compelling recommendations Experience with market leading content, video and advertising technologies is desired Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Led a sizeable team of 10+ resources in digital project program in multi shore, multi location, multi service team environments. And played lead positions such as solution architect, delivery lead, project program manager, development lead. Had consultancy experience in client facing work environment Deep function and technical domain knowledge of digital ecosystem
