Position Name Manager Talent Attraction and Engagement. Level 7 Job Summary The role is part of the India GU Recruiting team and will lead the talent attraction and engagement programs for the GU. This role will play a central role in implementing creative strategies to attract, engage and improve Accenture's talent brand in the job market. This role will involve working closely with E school, B School, Exec, MD hiring and DTE recruiting team to develop talent attraction programs, digital and campus engagement, including building and maintaining relationships with colleges, marketing the firm to selected colleges, managing and expanding social media efforts, initiating new opportunities for attracting skills in the NEW and improve candidate experience This role will also work with the recruiting leads to develop ER, Alumni and Diversity strategies to meet the metrics of the functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the India GU Recruiting Director, this role will drive the talent attraction and candidate experience agenda for the country. The role holder will have to work collaboratively with the DTE leads, MD, Exec, India Business hiring, Campus (both E school and B school Recruiting leads) and HRSS to improve Accenture's employer brand in the talent market. Collaborate with all internal teams to create and deliver all campus engagement initiatives Creative strategies to leverage Leadership, Business teams and Alumni from colleges to drive initiatives (like TPO Connect Faculty training student learning interventions, guest lectures etc) more relevant and outcome oriented Collaborate with marketing and influence the social media strategy to promote and attract skills in the NEW. E schools and B schools. Leverage the use of social media other platforms to connect with millennials. Collaborate with the DTE leads and look at innovative ways of engaging with Accenture Alumni, drive employee referral programs and Diversity agenda. Participate in the business and recruiting reviews along with the DTE leads to understand the talent attraction needs and customize programs to meet the hiring demands, Create programs Identify opportunities to provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touch points. Review effectiveness and brand compliance of candidate touch points like Candidate communication from tools Social media properties, Pre Placement Webcast, Offer Accept Webcast, learning symposiums, job posting templates etc. Monitor and track Campus Engagement budget and drive ROI of all engagement initiatives REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidate will have At least 15+ year of experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Social Media and Digital communication Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools Knowledge of current trends and best practices in information technology and their applications to communication strategies and the engagement of Gen Y, including through web, email and social media. Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently with a high degree of initiative and collaboratively as part of a team with marketing, business leaders, campus TPO s, Alumni and outside vendors and collaborators Strategic thinking, project management and planning skills. Ability to manage and prioritize communications needs, perform effectively in a fast paced environment, and meet deadlines in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and product quality. Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision making skills, creativity, flexibility and attention to detail.
