Job Specifications Working as part of the Accenture Technology Marketing & Communications team, this position will be responsible for helping lead external and internal communications programs to support achieving the business priorities of Accenture Technology Services. This will include developing and executing executive, program and employee communications and Technology Services content and integrating messages with external communications activities and channels, events, etc.You will work with the Accenture Technology Services Executive Communications lead, the Accenture Technology Services Marketing & Communications leads, our broader Technology M&C team, Accenture Technology Internal communications lead, and others across multiple business functions.Key responsibilities Interpret Accenture Technology Services business priorities and programs into integrated communication plans for internal, external and executive audiences, as appropriate. Proactively identify and develop messages and content, interpreting complex technology innovations, working closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, to promote and amplify new innovations and capabilities that informs, educates and inspires target audiences to take the necessary actions to achieve business goals. Develop and execute Accenture Technology Services internal communications plans and programs at a global level, orchestrating communications across key business entities, engaging a large diverse audience. Proactively learn and assimilate knowledge about emerging technologies and how they benefit business and society. Quick learner who loves the challenge of synthesizing complex content and turning it into powerful communication messages. Develop keynote presentations and videos for external and internal use with proficiency. Lead curation of social presence for executives and actively identify new ways to amplify and enhance social engagement. Build strong relationships and offer tactical and strategic communications advice to leaders. Provide guidance and oversight on communications in key ATS groups, including key delivery locations, training teams and Application Services teams. Develop and introduce new, digital communication approaches that engage, educate and inspire people working in Accenture Technology Services. Manage distribution processes ensuring communications are segmented and targeted for relevant audiences, both internally and externally.Educational Level Educational Qualification Bachelor Master's degree required, prefer in marketing & communications, journalism or related. Technology industry marketing experience preferred. Minimum of 12 14 years experience in marketing and communications, preferably with some experience in the technology industry experience in applying marketing concepts branding and message development skills.Skills & Work Experience Must have Professional Proven ability to provide deep and original thinking about complex issues. Demonstrated ability to turn complex ideas into stories and visual concepts easily understood by a broad audience. executive presence, and a strong knowledge of the technology industry and landscape. Confidence, presence and personal credibility to establish successful relationships. Previous executive communications experience highly desired. Strong organization, program management and content development skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects Exceptional communication skills. The ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to multiple audiences. Bold creativity and a passion for new technology trends and the future. Strong knowledge of innovation, technology content, and the ability to instantaneously absorb and create the new. Demonstrated ability to design, implement and measure multi faceted marketing plans and programs. Demonstrated ability to develop content, including synthesizing complex technology topics and writing new pieces. Role is expected to flex regularly between working out of Accenture office location, and working in a global, virtual environment. Personal flexibility to travel where and when required, and to participate in virtual meetings outside of regular business hours to connect with business leaders in other time zones.Personal Confidence, presence and personal credibility to establish successful relationships.
