JOB SUMMARY Accenture Technology Delivery Centre + Global Delivery Non Contract Cost Center of ExcellenceDecision Support Finance team is responsible to manage provide insights into the overall Non Contract Cost activities which includes Plan, Forecast, 5 year COLA, Finance Hierarchy, Internal controls Act as the point of contact for Area Finance Leads(OU GP) Finance Leads Planning, forecasting and reporting analysis for Non Contract Costs (NCC) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review of NCC planning forecasting inputs cutting across multiple delivery parameters (financial non financial).  Highlight inconsistencies and ensure that the team works with the onshore SME CSG Finance Leads to get issues sorted out and or obtain the reasons behind variance. Provide recommendations to the Area Finance Leads on areas of improvement or optimization of costs Facilitate and ensure that the process of final updates changes into the forecast, uploads into IFS, overall summary showing key metrics are delivered accurately and within time lines by the team Participate in NCC forecasting business review calls from a financial point of view Work with the Area Finance Leads to complete the Targeting exercise. Ensure that the monthly reports are released on time and with accuracy by the team Facilitate development of new reports or upgrades keeping in view the dynamic needs of the business Provide to the Area Finance Leads a synopsis of the financial position highlighting areas showing potential risks or that which requires business attention Ensure the team adheres to timelines in relation to requirements that need coordination with the BDA team Identify the functional needs of the team and work towards ensuring that the requirements are met through adequate training.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills, leadership qualities and project management skills High stakeholder management skills and excellent problem solving abilities Good people management skills and capable to deal in a multi cultural environment Ability to contribute to & implement business strategies
