Job Description

The Finance Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial results for the Accenture Enterprise Enablement. Overall and for AEE Dublin and Prague Service Centers. This involves providing effective support to the annual and quarterly forecasting cycles, execution of the AEE economic model, business case support, monthly financial reporting and leading supporting various initiatives. The role would also require working closely with Dublin & Prague Service Center Finance Lead and supporting him her in reporting forecasting and other day to day activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute the annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasting processes involving the development and maintenance of tools, consolidation and analysis of submissions

Generate monthly reporting pack including Executive, Management & Specific ad hoc analysis. Experience in using Business Analytics tools (e.g Power BI) would be an added advantage.

Support the creation and maintenance of Business Cases related to internal local AEE Initiatives and local Customer Initiatives

Lead and support various Global Local projects involving reporting, automation initiatives etc.

Collaborate and build working relationship with each of the AEE location finance supports

Provide ad hoc analysis as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Operations An understanding and awareness of Shared Services operating models and the customers that our service delivery organizations support in order to operate effectively and to be able to provide the business advice to the leadership team and their customers on all financial related matters. The role also requires a high degree of flexibility on working hours to support Global deadlines and interaction with resources in all regions

Professional Skills Excellent MS Excel Skills, preferably with working knowledge of macros VBA, Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI etc, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Excellent Oral and written Communication (English skills), SAP experience preferred.

Education CAs MBAs Inter CA with relevant experience)

Necessary Work Experience 5 8 Years Management Accounting experience and or relevant Accenture Accounting experience.
