JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for collections, deposits and credit limit management in Agent CreditDepartment. Acts as the liaison between agents and the Company andreport the advances to immediate superior. Also liaise with the collections Companies.Primary responsibilities

 Call agents using telephone and email to collect the debt.

 Management of Prosegur or other armoured Companies website.

 Checks to ensure that agents have a good payment behaviour and there is no incidents.

 Management PDQs.

 Solve different issue with agents related to credit limit.

 Organize and schedule pickups.

 Support the rest of the department with other business units.

 To answer the credit limit requests and deposit application on time.

 To follow payment plans.

 To apply the deposits in our platform and reconciliate bank accounts. Requirements

 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

 Excel experience (provable).
