Catalog Specialist, IN Fees

The objective of this position is to work on SIMs related to seller reimbursements and charging of incorrect fee onto the Amazon platform in addition to managing the entire reimbursement/clawbacks for IN fee types. Working in a dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include working on tickets/issues raised by sellers on pending reimbursements, incorrect fee being charged along with the BAU reimbursement processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Experience in a highly analytical,results-oriented environment.· Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.· Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.· Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications. MS excel proficiency desired.· Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.· Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
