If you like being at the bleeding edge of marketing tech and working with passionate people then Okendo is for you.Position Summary: Your job duties will include owning content campaign strategy, as well as copywriting for various channels including email, landing pages, social, listings, in-app, and newsletter to support the campaign promotion and other demand generation initiatives. You will work with outside agencies to review, revise, and provide feedback on the content they produce. You also will assist in pulling key content metrics and analyzing results to improve future marketing campaigns.As a Content Marketing Manager, you will work in an editorial capacity to produce, manage, and execute tailored content across multiple channels with the goal of carrying out marketing campaigns and fulfilling business goals. You will work with key stakeholders to bring campaign themes to life by building in-depth content briefs that are then produced into blogs & long-form pieces by outside agencies. These content pieces will be the pillars of the marketing campaign process and will direct the rest of the marketing team in what we will promote and bring to the market.\nHow you'll create impact:Company and Industry Knowledge:Develop and maintain product expertise through Okendo Certification and continued product training.Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate messaging to support the organization’s needs and goals.Research, subscribe, and share insights from industry & partner newsletters, webinars, and events.Copywriting:Develop and own copywriting templatesOwn the production of copy materials (listed below) with the Marketing Project ManagerWrite copy for monthly marketing campaign assets, including email, landing pages, social, listings, in-app, newsletter, and other channelsHelp refine and champion the Okendo brand voice, working cross-functionally to ensure brand and messaging consistency, as well as refining Okendo’s styleguideContent Strategy:Provide informed campaign recommendations to a cross-functional leadership team based on the overall company strategy and specific needs of the marketing, success, and sales organizationResearch campaign topics, build monthly campaign content briefs, and assign content based on funnel stages, segments, and buyer personasTrack and report campaign success metricsAssist in pulling key content metrics and analyzing resultsBe the subject matter expert for the Google Keyword Planner tool and general SEO content strategyWhat we need from you:You have 3+ years of producing elegant, engaging written content and can provide samples.
