The Director of Recruiting will work closely with the Chief People Officer to lead and influence all recruiting efforts across the organization. You will lead a team of high performing recruiters that also deliver an amazing candidate experience. \nYou will make an impact by:Developing effective sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies that the team can execute onDeveloping and mentoring an amazing team to achieve recruiting goals Serving as a recruiter on high priority roles Utilizing data and metrics to optimize recruiter productivity Operationalizing the recruiting process. Drive operational & process excellence by continuously evaluating how different sourcing and recruiting methods are workingWhat we look for:5+ years in staffing or recruiting with a track record of success Experience managing a team Demonstrated experience with various sourcing tools and recruiting technologies.Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written.Ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree \n
