Who We Need:We're looking for a bi-lingual Korean speaking Patient Connection Specialist to join our team. This role will report to our Manager, Contact Center Operations. The position is fully remote.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

Answers inbound and/or places outbound telephone calls as assigned and appropriately directs callers and ensures all calls are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.Schedules various types of appointments for practitioners Contacts patients by phone to remind upcoming appointments, to ask follow-up questions, and to provide instructions if needed; cancels and reschedules appointments as well. Assists with patient message call backs. Establish a trusting relationship with members, caregivers, clinical staff and vendors.

Who You Are:

Bilingual (Korean/English) (Required)Written and orally proficient in English and Korean (Required)High School Diploma or GED (Required)1 year of healthcare experience (Preferred)1 year of customer service experience is (Required)Medical office or healthcare experience in appointment scheduling and managing patient calls (Preferred)
