Concierge/Customer Relations Specialist (Midnight - 8:00am)

Location: Revel on Capitol Hill

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist with guest check in/out process

Meet and greet guestsRespond to guest requests professionally and in a timely mannerRespond to phone and email customer inquiriesEnter data into MRI systemSchedule maintenance, housekeeping and other outside staff and vendor activities·Follow up on all activities and processes until successfully completedTroubleshoot customer service issuesProvide coverage for team members when neededOther responsibilities as assigned

Hours/Days: Tuesday through Saturday Midnight - 8:00am

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Education and/or Experience Required:

Associate Degree or some college preferred, 2-3 years B2B customer service experience required
