Marketing Coordinator

GoodVets is a rapidly expanding veterinary management organization, seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a premier destination for high-quality pet healthcare, we are expanding quickly in multiple markets across the country and are in the process of securing a Series C round of funding. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our marketing strategy. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of analytical, project management and communication skills. We are looking for a collaborative individual who has excellent organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and a desire to keep our team moving forward through new and creative approaches to classic marketing tactics.\nAs a Marketing Coordinator at GoodVets, you will have an impact by:Acting as a Brand Ambassador for GoodVets by promoting the brand and creating a collection of resources to tell our story.Supporting in executing our marketing strategy across all organic and paid channels, including blogging and social mediaSupporting in developing a social media calendar and managing all social media accountsSupporting the implementation of a KPI-driven media strategy across all social channelsDesigning original and engaging branded content to support recruiting and customer acquisition.Building and implementing customer retention strategies, systems, and campaigns (including email)Researching consumer market preferences and discovering current trendsResearching and building brand programming for partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, conferences, speaking opportunities and other marketing activitiesPartnering with designers to develop on-brand assets and collateral for flyers, retail signage, email, and paid social.Coordinating with website development vendor for new blog and article contentWe are looking for candidates with:1+ years of experience in marketingBachelor’s Degree in marketing/Communication or related fieldKnowledge and experience across the spectrum of marketing channels and mediumsProven work experience with digital media (social, video, blog, website, and more)Expertise in multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)\n
