
Reconditioning Associate (Automobiles)
The Recon Associate III is responsible for the final quality and professional check of a reconditioned vehicle. This includes ensuring vehicles are ready to be photographed, test driven, and ultimately sold. Additionally Recon Associates will facilitate and manage all BIN transactions that come into a facility. What You Will Do: Maintains quality control objectives as defined by the Company and coordinates these key department stakeholders. Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to formulate Company standards. Minimizes comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. Investigates and corrects internal and external feedback regarding quality. Inspects all recently purchased and comeback vehicles to ensure proper correction and condition of vehicle. Inspects all repair orders and ensures that they include complete documentation and that proper manufacturer and Company procedures have been followed. Performs other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: 1-3 years of Quality Control Inspection experience preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Valid Driver's License in applicable state (or ability to obtain upon relocation) and a good driving record; Proficiency in basic computer skills required; Excellent Customer Service skills required; Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Good communication skills and attention to detail.
