About the Team As the Learning and development team, we play a key role in setting up the entire business via best learning and development industry practices. As Intern - Learning and development, you’ll join us in supporting the team in streamlining the process in a much efficient manner. We closely work with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives and finetune our processes, aligning our decisions with company goals. About the RoleAs Learning and development Intern- you will work very closely with the Learning and development supervisors and will help in maintaining the team’s data sanctity in the Learning tool. You’ll work on Learning and development specific data and prepare reports / dashboards based on the different metrics that are defined by the team. \nWhat you will doThe individual shall be accountable for performing day-to-day BAU tasks with the help of the TrainerThe individual shall be involved in data preparation pertaining to trainingThe individual would be responsible for following up with the internal stakeholders to clear the pending tasksThe individual would be involved in helping the Trainer and the L&D team by undertaking the spill over workThe individual would be involved in revamping training content and helping in fastening the LMS and KMS launchWhat you will needThe individual should be strong in communication skills (Eng & Hin)The individual should be good in MS office (Excel, PPT)Should be an enterprising individualShould be flexible in taking up any tasks assigned by the L&D team\nAbout MeeshoMeesho is India’s fastest growing e-commerce company.
