
Senior Data Scientist (Databricks / MLflow)

We do this by building and running the world's best unified data and AI industry SaaS platform so our customers can use deep data insights to improve their business.Location: Global Technology Park, Bellandur, Bangalore, India (in-person office role, no remote or hybrid)Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role:- Partners with product management to understand business problems and translate them into identifiable machine learning problems which can be delivered as machine learning solutions- Coordinate with product and customer teams to monitor outcomes and refine/ improve the machine learning models- Work across the spectrum of ML modeling including supervised, unsupervised, & deep learning techniques to apply the right level of solution to the right problem- Collaborate & share best practices with data and software engineers to enable consistent deployment of high-quality models that will scale across SkyPoint platform and its customers.- Own the code review process to ensure stringent coding guidelines are met by other data scientists & data engineers- Mentor & lead data engineers in choosing the right machine learning approach/models- Lead data mining and collection procedures for all business use cases and guarantee data quality and integrity- Utilize data visualization tools to deliver insights to product managers and present technical solutions to a non-technical audience in a simple and clear manner- Adhere to stringent quality assurance and documentation standards using version control and code repositories (e.g., Git, Markdown) Skills & Experience Required:- 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a SaaS product company - Experience with the use of a wide array of algorithms and data structures.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with recent hands-on experience in Databricks MLflow.- Experience in Databricks/Spark, AutoML, Feature Store, Git, MLflow, MLOps, PySpark, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, GPT-3 etc.- Experience working with Python.Educational Level:BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from a Top Tier school (IITs / RECs etc.)\n\nPerks of working with us:· Opportunity to work with a US-based fast-growing healthcare SaaS start-up on Azure cloud.· Competitive total compensation package including equity and performance-based bonus plans.· Industry-focused certifications and ongoing training opportunities.· Flexi work hours plus enjoy the benefit of having your workstation at your home.· Add-On Internet reimbursement within corporate guidelines.· Company happy hours and fun team-building activities.· Meal cards, other incentives, and gift hampers.· Awards and recognition programs.
