IT Service desk Technician 1

As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will be providing Global Excel employees and corporate clients timely and useful technical assistance on their computer environment, including mobile devices and other tech products.

 

What does your typical day look like? 

Provisioning, configuration, and deployment of new systems and computers;

Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.

Providing support in person, over the phone or remotely.

What skills and experience are we looking for?   

College, DEC/AEC in technologies with 1 or more years of experience with technical support or relevant experience;

Experience in a relevant IT field would be an asset;

Experience in Customer services would be an asset;

Available for on-call duties.
