As an Administrative clerk, you’ll be providing administrative support and clerical support the Finance department.

What does your typical day look like?

Providing administrative clerical support

Provide internal mailing service

Classified documents

Maintain office supplies inventory

Following up on provider reimbursements

Deposit incoming payments

Validating information

Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal clients

What skills and experience are we looking for?

High school Diploma (or Equivalent)

Accounting experience (1-3 years) or equivalent

French and English required, both spoken and written

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Accounting Software

Process oriented

Attention to detail
