
Assistance Services - Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, administration and maintenance of a variety of training and development services. You will identify plans and administer training workshops that are driven by strategic performance needs of the organization.
What does your typical day look like?
Needs assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation of workshops;
Manage the identification and deployment of corporate training offerings to the organization;
Coordinates new hire onboarding, training and support new employees;
Maintain training library and employee training files. You will assure training is compliant with the Company's quality system and related standards.
What skills and training do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
2 to 4 years of training experience;
Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize;
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English. Any other language is considered an asset;
Show empathy, understanding, patience and attention to detail, while being professional and resourceful.
