DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the staff performance

Maintain Department Productivity Records

Prepare and submit daily volume reports

Work closely with on-shore staff as well as with Conduent clients

Document all required data in daily tracking logs with high level of accuracy.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

High School diploma or GED and some college required

Professional and clear conversational English requirement

Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate proficiently in English

Lead experience a plus

Banking or Accounting experiences a plus.

Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rates.

Proficient in MS Excel and Word

10 key by touch proficiency

Proficient on computers
