Suzy is seeking a Client Implementation Manager and Trainer. As the Trainer, you will have the opportunity to interact collaboratively with our impressive array of Fortune 500 clients as well as several departments within Suzy. You will be responsible for user adoption and client engagement with the Suzy platform.

Responsibilities

Partner with Vice President, Customer Onboarding & Success to build out client onboarding processes and materials. Training programs will need to meet the needs of market research novices and experts, with customization where appropriate. Training materials may include PPT decks, videos, webinars, etc.

Optimize client onboarding process & materials based on key KPIs

Set-up new Suzy Users and Dashboards for both net new and expansion licenses as well as keeping renewed platforms up to date with current product allotments.

Conduct onsite and remote platform training sessions with new and existing customers

Provide clients with guidance around best practices, templates and use cases to set them up for success

Support cross-functional team with product enablement for new products and services that launch each quarter. May include testing new features, building internal and external support and training materials and videos, and building demos of new features.

Maintain up to date knowledge of product and service offerings and developing training programs and materials for new products

Monitor usage of platform to proactively engage customers if additional training is needed

Provide monthly reporting against key KPIs including NPS & platform adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Passionate about helping our customers learn our platform and what we do at Suzy

Experience in market research and/or survey programming tools is a bonus

Ability to learn new software programs quickly and create training guides.

3-5 years B2B training experience

Excellent written and verbal skills

Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously

Ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad range of users

The target base compensation for this role is $110,500 - $149,500 /yr.
