We are currently seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Student in the Information Technology department. The Information Technology Unit manages and delivers office automation and technology related services including applications (e-Filing, case management system, regulatory document search), security, telecommunications support and the development and maintenance of computer

Responsibilities

Provide assistance in day- to- day and project related matters

Provide assistance in the ongoing IT operational and planning activities including, Help Desk, application support and development

Assist with website enhancements and maintenance

Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High level of professionalism

Excellent customer service skills

Strong proficiency in IT technologies including databases, development, and end user Software like Microsoft Office as well as website support and development

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment
