Salary: $15-$17.00 per hour

Hours: 7 am-4 pm Monday,Wednesday,Friday10 am-7 pm Tuesday and ThursdayLunch 1230 pm-130 pm

Responsibilities

· Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.

· Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.

· Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma required.

· MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.

· Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.

· Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
