Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Finance Director will lead the Finance department and oversee all aspects of the financial, planning and analysis function. This individual will be a valued business partner to executives, facility CEOs and other corporate department leaders by providing actionable data and analysis to make wise business decisions. This position will be responsible for leading the company budget process and compiling the annual operating and capital budgets. This position will periodically develop forecasts and projections during the fiscal year to more accurately predict the performance of the company based on current data and updated assumptions. This position will be required to issue monthly operating reports (MORs) to the business owners relative that shows the financial performance of the individual facility/department relative to budget. Various ad hoc requests from business owners will also be fielded by this position to provided data and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, develop and lead a first in class finance team to effectively partner with our various businesses.
Fully manage, direct and produce the process to build the company’s annual operating and capital budgets to include income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flow.
Work with regional and facility CEO’s and corprated management to develop the company’s department and facility level budgets for the upcoming year.
Forecast the future metrics and financials based on historical trends.
Create excel workbooks for each facility with forecasted financials, revenue models, labor models, and capital expenditures.
Monitor the organizational spending to ensure it is within the budget each quarter.
Calculate the detailed future spending and capital expenditures of the different facilities.
Consolidate financials of all the departments and facilities into one budget in order to look at growth from year to year.
Work closely with the Accounting to coordinate revenue, expense and cash flow projections.
Build pro forma financial models for strategic initiatives and potential acquisitions.
Hire, train, manage and develop financial analysts.

Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required or Master’s degree in business with Finance concentration.
Minimum of 6 years experience in finance and/or accounting.
Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
