
Pharmacy Operations, Manager
We are seeking a teammate to join our team and help execute against Evio’s transformational vision. The teammate will work cross-functionally with members of the Evio team and Evio’s partners to implement and maintain Evio’s pharmacy benefit operations. The candidate will have engagement with our C-suite, product leaders, and partners and will gain exposure to the full portfolio of services that Evio is bringing to market.
Job Specifics
Support the ideation and execution of Evio’s pharmacy benefit operations, identifying product enhancement opportunities and supporting the strategy team in developing solutions
Create business requirements for new and existing systems alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate benefit administration
Work with strategy, technology, account management, analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure that Evio’s pharmacy benefit solution is designed to meet customer and regulatory requirements and timelines
Support onboarding of customers to the platform and ensure accurate benefit setup via testing and ongoing monitoring, including establishment of eligibility and accumulator operations
Create and maintain thorough process documentation across Evio teams and external vendors
Support troubleshooting of inquiries or issues related to claims adjudication, accumulators, and eligibility
The skills and experience you bring to this role include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience considered for exceptional candidates
3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management operations at a PBM or health plan
In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit configuration and maintenance and claims processing
Strong project management skills and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior problem-solving capabilities

Salary Considerations
Anticipated annual base pay range: $130,000 - $170,000, plus additional variable compensation
