We're looking for a Food Expeditor to join our new restaurant. As an Expeditor, your main duty will be to keep efficient workflow between the kitchen and the customers. The goal is to make service faster and better to help enhance our quality and efficiency in a timely fashion matter.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the order flow

Make sure that all the orders are prepared in time

Assist and manage the final preparation of different food and dishes before leaving the kitchen for accuracy, presentation, and temperature

Ensure adherence to all relevant quality and sanitation rules and regulations

Execute a variety of different tasks as needed in accordance with managers requests and directions

Food Expeditor role details

Job location: Upper West Side, NYC

Shift Details: Varies, Full-time and Part-time available

Must be 18 years of age

The experience you have

1+ years of experience as food expeditor or similar position

In-depth knowledge of all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations

Hands-on experience with a variety of kitchen equipment tools
