
Senior Brand Marketing Manager - Digital Merchandising
About You
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Digital Merchandising works with cross functional team members to develop, deliver and optimize branded consumer communications across Nutrafol’s digital sales channels.
A successful Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be a strategic thinker and leader with keen attention to detail, who’s excited by the unique challenge of delivering brand and product storytelling in an engaging way that resonates with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be able to balance business priorities with brand excellence. A keen interest in brand, strategy, analytics and media trends is required. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and is highly collaborative with the digital product, in-house creative, growth and retention teams.
Responsibilities
Lead brand strategy, direction and development of a wide range of digital merchandising and lifecycle initiatives
Manage merchandising efforts and brand storytelling across Nutrafol.com and Amazon
Lead day-to-day management of programs to drive effective consumer engagement, conversion and retention
Ability to translate complex brand and product storytelling into digestible formats and key messages for target audiences
Work with cross functional partners and lead brand on multiple projects from kick-off to completion, including the strategy, creative development, deployment and optimization
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously leading cross functional stakeholders
Tracks category trends and competition to have an in-depth awareness and knowledge of the latest content trends, site experiences, and storytelling to create new ideas and ways to bring brand narrative to life
Partners with digital product to analyze performance to better communicate and connect with consumers
Champion the brand and customer at all times across all customer touch points throughout digital merchandising and lifecycle
Create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams and leadership
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in brand marketing with a focus on digital
Experience working at ecommerce driven brands and/or agencies
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Love of all things brand and high attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multitask
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, work though ambiguity, and prioritize projects based on business needs
