Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:We are looking to hire a resourceful, and well organised Operations Coordinator to support the European Operations team and contribute to the growth and smoothness of TerraCycle daily operations.

This position is key for TerraCycle to deliver best in class services, experiences and products.

The position is based in Perivale, West London.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Box Supplier Management

Ensure standard and custom box production : design, PO, order.Responsible for the stock management and launches of new products. Source and onboard best in class and efficient box manufacturer.

Recycled products management

Coordinate the production of recycled products to our standards (quality, on time and in full). Manage vendors relationship. Update the project plan and project cost book.

Manage TerraCycle fulfilment agencies

Supplies management. Manage fulfilment activities (orders fulfilled on time, inventory, prioritisation…).Month end internal reporting. Manage or control fulfilment COGS.Source and onboard new fulfilment partner as required.Challenge the operation efficiency and work on continuous improvement.

Project Management

Coordinate Operations improvement projects - Liaise with other department to insure a smooth communication and meet our deadlines.Manage vendors relationship. Update the project plan and project cost book.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and French - any other European language will be a plusPrevious coordinator experience required – at least 1 year in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitaskProactive and solution-focusedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) Excellent communications skills and confident speaking to external partnersA demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business would be beneficial
