The role

You will be responsible for our growth and results, which implies that you:

Develop and execute an appropriate strategy with support from other Country Managers and Board of Directors

Full P&L responsibility for the business

Recruit and motivate an A+ team to overachieve our ambitious targets for the profitable growth of the business

Maintain and develop relationships with customers (C-level leaders to the world's largest and most exciting organisations)

Who you are

You have an extraordinary work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You are driven with a clear desire to be the best at what you do. You take responsibility for everything you do and are proactive and responsible in your approach. You are also humble and share our passion to build companies. We expect you to:

Have 5+ years of experience with an extraordinary track record

Have succeeded with building a company

Have an EU work permit

Write and speak Swedish and English fluently

Are an extraordinary communicator, especially orally

Love building and nurturing relationships

Have a natural ability to make people feel nice around you
