MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER ASSISTANT

Job Summary

As a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant in our Atlanta division, you will partner with a Mortgage Loan Officer Elite Coach to experience and participate in world class training to become a Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, you will receive a combination of on-the-job training and mortgage courses to learn prospecting, building relationships, and the loan process.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Posses a persuasive communication style to obtain buy-in from customers.

Navigate a great deal of change, pressure, and shifting priorities to accomplish your goals.

Desire to connect and build valuable relationships with new individuals frequently.

These skills will be used to:

Successfully follow and complete the loan closing process for all transactions.

Participate in the training conducted by the Mortgage Loan Officers in order to understand the loan process and the become a Mortgage Loan Officer for Victory Mortgage.

Assist the Mortgage Loan Officers with new and updated file, which includes gathering borrower documents and updating closing dates.

Understand and comply with mortgage industry regulations.

Successfully prepare and obtain your NMLS license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Mus be a self-starter.

Highly motivated individual.

Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mortgage experience or internship is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred.
