To strengthen this mission, we are excited to host our Diversity & Inclusion Summit in Winter 2023.
The Summit will be held in our San Francisco office on Thursday, February 9th and will provide a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at one of the most successful boutique investment banks on Wall Street. The event will include sessions on FT Partners and FinTech, Analyst and Associate panels, remarks from senior leadership, and networking. Those who attend will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked into the recruitment process for our 2024 Summer Analyst Program.
The application for this opportunity will close on Tuesday, January 3rd. Candidates will receive an update on their application in mid-January. Travel and accommodations will be provided where necessary.
Requirements
Women and/or students from historically underrepresented backgrounds within financial services
Graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Spring 2025 or Fall 2024
Minimum 3.5 GPA
1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred
U.S. work authorization required
FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future
