Project Manager - Civil Engineer

This company encourages growth and believes in rewarding strong performance.Project Manager - Civil Engineer Responsibilities:Design and produce civil engineering documents (site plans, roads, grading, drainage, sewer, and water systems)Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgetsGain approval through agency process for site permitting, coordinate with State and County officialsManage new capital improvement projects from inceptions thru completionLead engineering design, compile project specs and handle client managementAssist with new client and business developmentSome travel required: attend client meetings, project sites, industry conferencesProject Manager - Civil Engineer Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in civil site engineering, design, planningActive PE Required, can be out of state transferable to MIKnowledge and experience of Michigan agencies and MDOTProficiency in CIVIL 3D and Autocad, and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of business development and client relationshipsExperience in the development of project scopes and management, along with proposalsProject Manager - Civil Engineer Benefits:Base Pay: 100-130K (BOE) + Bonus/Company StockExcellent insurance benefitsPTO / VacationFriendly and Casual Environment
