Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for working with the EDI trading partners across all Alex Lee wholesale environments and acting as primary point of contact for all EDI activity.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple trading partners in various states of onboarding and problem resolution at a time

Working with category management and IBM managed services to onboard new EDI vendors and support all ongoing partnerships with new set ups, changes, and problem resolution

Interface with IBM managed services and IMB account team

Coordinate EDI testing and implementation

Maintain and update Ales Lee EDI procedures

Responsible for communicating progress and obstacles to both IT and business stakeholders

Create and communicate EDI activity reporting as requested by category management at Alex Lee

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent communication and writing skills as well as customer service skills

Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment with grace

Proficient knowledge of Business Process a plus but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus but not required

Basic understanding of EDI X12 standards preferred but not required
