Project Coordinator


OLIPOP is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative team and Production team, and will be instrumental in pushing marketing activities and key initiatives forward. Your support will contribute to the planning, development and execution of creative content, marketing tools, events and other production needs. This role will suit a highly motivated and engaged individual who is process and detail oriented, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a broad range of skills that you can apply wherever it’s needed the most.

Senior Creative Project Manager


Creative Project Coordination: manage inbound requests for the creative team and schedule projects based on marketing priorities, workload and timeline.

Project Management: build and organize timelines and tasks in Asana for product launches, brand campaigns, and evergreen initiatives.

Proactively communicate project status to the appropriate stakeholders and key project participants, and/or escalate issues when needed.

Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure it is accurate, consistently updated, and visible and communicated across the team.

Support the Creative Producer on event activations and photoshoots with administrative and logistical needs.

In support of the Sr. Marketing and Retention Manager, own the implementation of the email calendar - building project tasks and schedules for the creative team in Asana.

Support the Editorial team on the scheduling of social, blog, email, etc.

Digital Asset Management: maintain the photography folder and make sure all assets are saved appropriately and shared across the team.

Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects are prioritized and scheduled in alignment with business needs.

Shift, pivot and reprioritize tasks as needed in a fast moving and growing environment.

Execute ad hoc administrative and logistical tasks that support the efforts of a variety of projects, campaigns or events as needed.


Prior experience on a consumer products marketing team, or in a project management or production coordinator role preferred.

Experience working in a startup, high growth environment is also a plus.

Working knowledge of Asana, Monday or other Project Management software.

Digital Asset Management experience (preferably Air).

Computer proficiency required - Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Slack, Zoom and other collaborative tools.

Process and detail oriented with strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills.

A can-do, self-starter that works well cross collaboratively and with minimal supervision.

An effective communicator who has the ability to be a communication bridge across the team.

An individual who takes ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

A fundamental problem- solver who is willing to jump in head first when nobody has experience with it.

Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions to get at the solution.

Experience working successfully with remote teams in multiple states.

This position is fully remote. Approximately 20% travel to productions, events or team off-sites as required.
