Senior Manager, People Operations - Ireland (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Global People Operations Team for our growing workforce. The Sr. Manager, People Operations will be responsible for successfully building and leading a proactive team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Must be extremely solutions-driven, detail-oriented, mission-aligned, and excited to work in a startup environment.

Lead and support team that manages HR systems, processes, and administration for a global, fast growing workforce

Oversee and prioritize the creation, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures that support HR best practices

Responsible for People Helpdesk management, oversight and reporting.

Utilize a true HR generalist background with the breadth and depth of progressive experience to build and scale the - People Operations organization to support the evolving needs of a dynamic global company

Foster a collaborative and progressive culture and an environment that encourages professional growth

Create, update and maintain global policies to ensure legal compliance

Data Reporting and support of People Analytics

Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations

Ensure HR operational excellence with accurate, timely, and robust information, process, and project management practices

Partner effectively with our People team to ensure processes meet business needs

Own HR Compliance Program and be responsible for managing, inventorying, assessing, controlling, and developing compliant policies/procedures to reduce risk

Partner with the rest of the People Team in addition to external specialists to execute global operational initiatives and priorities within the organization.


3+ years of People Operations Management experience - 7+ years professional HR experience in an operational role preferred

Experience in a global organization, supporting various geographies.

Strong communication skills - able to quickly communicate complex concepts in easy to understand terms

Previous experience and success handling confidential data

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Ability to balance multiple projects, programs and deadlines simultaneously

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to continuous change

Exceptional problem solving ability

Strong Project Management skills

Plus, but not required Previous experience with Workday HCM or other HRIS administration

Previous experience administering an Operational Help Desk

Independent and flexible attitude: as the local expert in a fully-remote team, you will need to own operations while working from home, and comfortably navigate cross-functional dynamics to diagnose and resolve legacy problems proactively

Customer service mindset: you should be responsive, sensitive, and clear in your communications
