Region Warranty Specialist

Overview

This position effectively manages the warranty claims processes to maximize warranty recovery, ensure customer satisfaction, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) relationships.

*This position must be performed within the current Titan Machinery footprint (CO, IA, MN, NE, ND, SD, WI, WY)

Manage PIP and warranty claims processes to ensure appropriate recovery on warrantable repairs made on behalf of the vendor

Ensure all warrantable parts returns are properly handled

Ensure proper documentation including failure descriptions

Manage all reports necessary for the efficient operation of warranty

Communicate with stores, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate the warranty process in a prompt and accurate manner

Ensure all store personnel have needed supplies and tools to effectively perform the warranty function

Develop strong relationships and open communication with vendors

Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years’ related work and/or related military experience

Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment

Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours

Demonstrated strong decision making and problem-solving skills

Must be able to verbalize and communicate to warranty analysts the complaint, cause, and correction of every warranty claim to maximize labor/parts recovery

Must have basic accounting knowledge and basic working knowledge of warranty computer software and their rules and regulations

Must have basic knowledge of the mechanical and technical side of Agriculture and/or Construction Equipment and basic hydraulic and electrical functions
