TAPA Auditor

Local Unit & Position Description

As Auditor, tasks include:

Perform 3rd party TAPA ( TSR & FSR ) audits for India subcontinent customers

Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure

Document and report audit activities and results

Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system

Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers

Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed

Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team

Provide sales support when required

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and certified TAPA Auditor ( FSR & TSR)

Experience in Logistic & warehousing company and handling security of cargo and Warehouse operation is preferred

Strong communication skills in English and local language;

Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence;

Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget;

Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines;

Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management;

Willingness to travel and work around India and other locations.
