Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a powerful web Learning Management application using some of the latest technologies with a talented bunch of developers. You will work with other development team members to design, develop, test, and launch new functionality for our platform.

A Day in the Life

Work with the Product Owners and Development Scrum team to understand and define requirements.

Work in a SAFe Agile environment.

Create designs, mockups, and prototypes to ensure that software fits into the overall architecture and addresses requirements

Develop the application using secure best practices

Communicate status and issues orally and in writing in English in a timely manner.

Around 2 years in Core Java, Spring and Hibernate

1+ years of Experience with relational databases: MySQL, Postgres

Experience working with APIs, REST and JSON.

Experience in GIT is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.

Experience with Component Based Web Frameworks (Wicket, React, Tapestry, GWT).

Experience with backend frameworks such as: Spring Boot

Experience with GraphQL APIs

Experience with Hibernate, JPA, Ebean, or other ORM libraries

Good understanding of DevOps and CD / CI workflows

Experience with other frameworks such as Vue and Angular

Familiar with development tools: IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE, Apache Maven, Apache Ant, NPM, Yarn

Experience with Nodejs

Experience in Agile work environment.

Working knowledge of Docker and building automated integrations and deployments using configuration management tools.

Understanding micro-service and data-driven architectures
