Do you have what it takes?

5+ years of experience working on complex projects, and developing large-scale, multi-tiered web applications.

Full stack mindset but with practical skills in web development.

Experience with projects that include complex HTML, CSS & JS.

3+ years of experience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks

Experience with Server Side Rendering (SSR) with Angular Universal, Next JS or similar tools.

Experience with web page performance optimization techniques using tools like Lighthouse, Google Pagespeed Insights, or similar tools.

Experiences in auditing and improving the Google Web Core Vitals like CLS, LCP, FCP, TBT etc.

Experience in web page performance analysis and tuning using the RAIL model.

Experience in Search Engine Optimization techniques

Component-based user interface development experience, including how to construct and deconstruct components, with a focus on creating composable and reusable UI elements.

Expertise in crafting clear, valid, accessible, semantic HTML markup.

What you will do

Contribute and Lead the SEO/Pagespeed optimization team

Improve the core web vital metrics for our website pages for fast loading and performance

Contribute to the improvement and manage the performance budgeting tools and integrate the same with CI/CD pipeline to enforce quality and standards.

Advocate to implement Performance First programming culture across the development team.

Partner with the design and development team to ensure we’re following best practices for SEO, accessibility, performance, and scale.

Participate in product discovery, architectural design, and rapid iteration of features for our marketplace products.

Collaborate across teams to identify and develop best practices, design patterns, and reusable code.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to safeguard product quality.

Work closely with Product to validate solution feasibility to ensure high performance.

Mentor junior developers.
