Territory Services Manager

About the job

Develop services business, manage sales cycles, and look for new opportunities with existing customers. The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Territory Services Manager to join us in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will participate in strategic account planning sessions, territory reviews, and deal-specific account calls to identify how Red Hat can increase the services journey-based program for customers from various sectors. You'll need to have a good foundation of technical knowledge and project and scope management expertise. As a Territory Services Manager, you will create forecasts and plans for your region’s consulting sales in close collaboration with sales management.

What you will do

Manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate services team responses, and create proposals for customers

Work closely with the partners to maximize project value

Conduct and coordinate discovery sessions, working with presales architects and consultants in some situations

Negotiate rates, project costs, terms, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with the regional services manager

Provide booking forecasts

Ensure that appropriate delivery associates are involved in validating the scope of engagements with your local services delivery manager

Participate in account strategy sessions

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

What you will bring

Thorough experience selling strategies and developing proposals, contracts, close plans, and statements of work (SoWs) for professional services

Experience working in a customer-facing position as a professional services consultant or in a related sales position

Excellent cross-functional communication skills and consultative selling skills

Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics

Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, application development, and infrastructure

Experience with agile methodologies

Established sustainable network of customer relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
