What you will do

L1 Cloud Monitoring Operations Center is responsible for monitoring and reporting, Azure/AWS cloud IaaS/ PaaS/ on-premise server infrastructure, networking, information security, O365 and VoIP and responding to performance and availability of the services. The candidate must have basic knowledge of Azure, O365, Service Fabric, Kubernetes, Logic Apps, SQL Database, CDN Service. He should be well versed with Incident management, change management and problem management. He should be well versed with senior stakeholder management and escalating major alerts in timely manner to right escalation points. Candidate must demonstrate a blend of technical and interpersonal skills

What you should bring

Monitor Data Center, Resources and Server’s, in Azure IaaS/PaaS.Responsible for Linux and windows server monitoring for security.Responsible for Monitoring PAAS environment, Service Fabric, Kubernetes, Logic Apps, SQL Database, CDN Service.Responsible for configuring / managing New Relic Agent on the PAAS and IAAS services.Responsible to monitor the Websites using Site 24X7. Also, administration of the Sites in Site 24X7.Responsible for monitoring Azure Storage.Responsible to Manage Alerts from Site 24X7/New Relic/Azure Application Insights.Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24x7 On-Call.Responsible to escalate all major incidents in timely manner and bring the respective escalation points on conference bridge to bring speedy recovery.Hands on knowledge of Log analytics for Reporting.
