He/she is expected to be platform agnostic, expert in his/her trade skills and thought process to be solution oriented.

Work upon designing the complete architecture or technical solution fit for the Software requirements ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance as key factors.Work with developers upon the proposed architecture by creating diagrams for the various system components and workflows, helping in scaffolding initial structures and overseeing the development progress.Review developed workflows before production deployment to ensure development standards are properly met.Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting deliveryWork with Business team on creating Product Roadmaps, provide estimations and delivery strategiesEnsure consistency and continuity across delivery teamsAbility to present technical details to non-technical audiencesWell versed with Agile Scrum development model.Cohesive team player with fast learning curve, along with analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational, communication & interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills

Overall 10+ years of experience in the industryMin experience 4-5 years in Native development in AndroidMin experience 2 years in React Native developmentProficient in Java/Kotlin for Android development / Proficient in Swift for iOS developmentProficient in Javascript and React for React Native based developmentStrong knowledge of Architecture and should be hands on in defining clean code practicesShould be hands on experienced in using databases for offline functionShould be hands on experienced in some of the following use-cases -Push Notifications, RealTime communication, Chat etc.Location services for Tracking, Directions etc.Handling Media and storagesIntegration with iOT devicesBluetooth based communicationConcurrency and Background ServicesGood to have experience working on iOS App Development
