Marketing Assistant & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Maximize all communications’ channels to retain members of the Aspria Arts-Loi club and to maximize the secondary spend revenue.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing the internal communication plan for Aspria Arts-Loi in line with the agreed business objectives and brand guidelines and carry this out as cost efficiently as possible

The jobholder will also be in charge of the Social Media networks and develop brand partnership agreements for the three Aspria Clubs in Brussels.

Your responsibilities

Members Communication

Support the Head of Departments by assisting them in promoting their departments to our members. You act as the expert in communicationEach month create promotional and informative content for e-neswletters and update information on the Aspria website, internal comms and webshopYou are capable of challenging the briefing, write content and search visuals accordingly, follow up the development and production of all internal communication tools like brochures, flyers, signages, posters and stationary, making sure that all tools respect the agreed corporate identity Manage and source relationship with suitable print suppliers Develop and manage on-going referral schemes and monitor their effectiveness

Brand Partners

To efficiently develop and promote the existing members’ benefits programme (myPrivilege programme) by following up on existing partnership/sponsorship arrangements.

To approach proactively potential partners in order to increase the pool of partners providing benefits to the members, to source free supplies, products or services for events, competition or raffle and acquisition opportunities

Social MediaConstantly searching for new opportunities to increase the quality of each Social Media Aspria account to meet our brand images and values for all three Aspria Brussels ClubsCreate qualitative content and edit the day-to-day posts Analyze the results of the Social Media campaigns to create best practicesIdentify and develop a pool of ambassadors (members, influencers, staff) who share the same values and who can testify and post their experiences at AspriaMonitor and follow up on reviews posted on all channelsStrong in social content planning, from delivery, execution, monitoring to reporting

Miscellaneous

Attend any communication meeting or event where the department needs to be represented Compile presentations & Reports from data received

Your background

Marketing diploma with 1-3 years of marketing experience ideally acquired Excellent oral and written skills in French and English (another language is an asset) Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet, Content Management System, emails sender based marketing software) Experience and knowledge of graphic design softwares such as Indesign Experience in uploading a Content Management System (eg: Umbraco) and an Email System (eg Hubspot) Good writing skills in line with the Brand guideline and appropriate to each of the channels comm: enews, SoMe, screens, webshop, etc…Flexible in time and stress resistant to co-ordinate marketing Events Problem-solver / Achievement orientationBrand conscious Autonomous and team player Communication skills / reporting Organization oriented Eye for detail, proactive and propensity for multi-tasking Customer service skillsCreative mind
