Our Growth tribe focuses on driving revenue growth by improving user engagement and experiences while keeping monetary efficiency at the core.

As a Growth Manager, you will be constantly looking for growth opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders across these 3 domains. Think for example about funnel conversion improvements for passengers and drivers, optimising voucher efficiency, user segments based on price sensitivity and cross-sell to other mobility types. You will be part of a multicultural team (Brazil, Colombia, India and Spain) with diverse professional backgrounds.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Identify business opportunities and user problems by collecting, analysing and visualising the right data

Defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypotheses with minimum engineering effort required, while delivering a delightful customer experience

Drive experimentation for new approaches to solve core business problems for acquisition, engagement and retention

Close collaboration with your data, product and marketing peers, and act as the ambassador between the growth tribe and other stakeholders

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

You have 3-5 years of work experience working as a Growth Manager / Data Analyst or positions with a strong analytical background in a tech product company, Ecommerce, Marketplace Gaming or startup.

You love data, can write queries and visualise data to inform your opportunity

Basic SQL or/and Python

Experience working in the Tech Industry and preferably with start-up mentality

You’re known for your empathy. You strive to understand your users and stakeholders better than anyone else

You’re confident in defending your ideas and solutions to stakeholders because data is in the core of your decision making process

You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty when things go wrong, you’re a hustler

You are motivated to make an impact, deliver results quickly, and raise the bar in the ecosystem
