ADT (Admissions, Discharge, and Transfers) Supervisor

About the Role:

The ADT Supervisor oversees the ADT team which make and/or receive calls primarily to/from ADT members and High Impact Score members from payors to Eleanor Health.

The ADT Supervisor is the leadership component of the team and is responsible for the overall management of their assigned team. They are a critical component to the development and success of their staff members, who provide members that are part of the ADT process with the ability to “access” Eleanor Health services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering and data to prioritize focus and team mission

Conduct research and optimization reports to roadmap development, workflow gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Participate in weekly planning, backlog while creating agile solutions.

Plan and execute special projects as needed to drive the ADT agenda and overall company success.

Understand how insurance works and be able to effectively verify insurance eligibility and communicate, at a high level, patient cost sharing responsibility. Be able to direct potential members to resources within Eleanor Health for more specific information

Maintain a current understanding for population health contracts and scripting and scheduling protocols for attributed members

Conduct performance evaluations and reviews on Admissions, Discharge and Transfers Team (ADT) specialists and provide timely feedback on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and/or annual basis

Manage queue and track outbound calls and conversions while accessing roadmaps for efficiencies

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare environment, behavioral healthcare experience preferred and post-acute Outreach experience preferred

Availability for Mountain and Pacific Time shifts preferred; or open availability for second shift (9-5 pm PST/12-8 pm EST)

A passion for our mission to redefine care for behavioral health and addiction treatment

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development

Experience working with Salesforce and Athena or other EMR preferred

Technical, analytical aptitude, and confidence in learning new systems.

Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance coverage preferred

Work Environment

The work environment is remote - work from home. As Protected Health Information (PHI) may be discussed in meetings or accessed in day to day activities, a quiet and secure environment is necessary.
