The Role

As a Commercial Counsel, you’ll help manage Ro’s day-to-day commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and form maintenance. You will be a part of a fast-moving contracts team with responsibility for driving forward Ro’s engagements with service providers, partners, and future customers. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and work with leadership to understand our business priorities. You’ll use your insight into Ro’s contracting process to help us identify needed process improvements and create efficiency. You’re friendly, flexible, and eager to learn about all facets of Ro’s business, as well as organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $152,600 to $190,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
