About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed 🚀

We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with an energy, passion and initiative for Fintech and the new age of Finance. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and growing our current client base across companies with an annual turnover of £100m+ ⭐️

The Strategic Account Director role focuses on developing and maintaining win-win commercial relationships with prospects across Europe with a specific focus on UK and Ireland. 

In this role, you will work with internal counterparts from the Business Development & partnerships team as well as product owners to deliver a compelling consultative based solution to customers that meets a substantial percentage of their needs vs selling single specific products addressing specific needs.

Your Rolodex and past experience incredibly delivering impactful (at a trans-formative scale) solutions to a C-level audience will be vitally important.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying the right opportunities and prospects after understanding Revolut's offerings (100% net new logos)

• Driving a consultative led sales motion and strategically position Revolut Business value proposition at C level

• Working with product owners and business development, partnerships team to deliver a win-win solution for Revolut and the customer

• Becoming a thought Leader in the industry 

• Onboarding the largest customers for Revolut

What you'll need

• 8+ years total experience as a combination of capital markets (trading/sales) at a tier 1 investment bank and a leading fintech(ideally in the payments industry)

• Demonstrable rolodex of relationships at C level

• Demonstrated ability of driving consultative sales motions and closing large win-win deals

• Demonstrable knowledge of Capital markets and the payments industry

• Ability to simplify and identify main drivers / issues within a varied set of challenges
