Market Development Manager - Vascular

Overview

In this role you will be responsible for executing the regional marketing plan for the Interventional specialty within the assigned region (Australia, South East Asia, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong) for the Vascular Division’s Market Development team, in alignment with the division's mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities. This role is an Individual Contributor with no direct report. He/She will report to the Manager, Market Development - Vascular. Successful applicants can be based at the above mentioned locations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish, measure, and meet business plan goals for assigned specialty and geography.

Support accelerating market adoption for the assigned specialty.

Provide product & market support.

Responsible for being the regional product champion/expert.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging for the assigned specialty.

Support conversions with key customers for the assigned specialty.

Answers sales & customer questions for the assigned specialty.

Support product launch, campaign planning & execution.

Provide consistent program-related field communications.

Present launch content to sales & support internal sales meetings.

Collaborate on sales tools and messaging needs.

Create market updates to send to the field.

Responsible for actively engaging CRM as a key tool for communication & sharing customer & market insights back into the organization.

Initiate focus campaigns in cooperation with sales.

Identify and develop relationships with SME’s to advance the assigned specialty.

Support sales training & develops marketing tools and materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.

With extensive experience, at least 5 years or above in market development, sales, marketing, product management or product strategy, preferably in the medical device industry.

Demonstrable knowledge of market development for relevant products and market.

Demonstrated strategic business skills is preferred.

Demonstrated leadership skills is preferred.

Prior expereince in leading organization change is preferred.

Fluency in both oral and written English is essential.

Strong strategic business skills is essential.

Ability to travel domestic, international, as needed or up to 50%.

Excellent time management, planning and organising skills are essential.

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

This position may require access to hospitals and health care facilities and is subject to compliance with facility-specific vendor credentialing policies which may include proof of Covid-19 vaccination status, satisfactory background check and ability to obtain working with children certificate.
