IT Asset Coordinator

Cameo Global, a New Era Technology is looking for a full-time IT Asset Coordinator. The successful candidate Works at the client location to receive HW, perform asset management, and deploy assets to the assigned locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives all datacenter equipment at shipping and receiving

Scanning assets into spreadsheets and databases

Perform detailed oriented work and is highly accurate

Perform periodic inventory of assets at client locations

Update and manage inventory data on spreadsheet ensure accuracy

Interface with SMEs to ensure inventory accuracy

Perform inventory audits

Schedule inventory audits afterhours and on weekends for operational locations

Manage assets in storage rooms

Travel to customer sites nationally and internationally to perform local audits

Produce audit reports findings
