What you’ll be doing
Support frontline CS teams to resolve customer issues
Coach for performance and process adherence
Monitor SLA's to ensure adherence to targets
Raise issues and themes that are impacting our customers
Deputise for Customer Support Manager
Help ensure staffing levels meet requirements
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
Good knowledge of Financial Services/FinTech/Paysend;
Good analytical skills, able to interpret contact centre data;
Fast learner - willing and able to pick up tasks and processes.
